Subject	signal lights driving me crazy

Message	just a question i have a RHD with a 99 JDM bumper and a HID kit that was installed by the previous owner. Whenever i have my head lights or driving lights on my signals blink fast. With the head lights off they blink normal. Anyone got an idea why this would be happening
